Midday Yoga with Phil Schuster

Take time out from your busy day to come to your mat. This class will incorporate breath-work to ground, movement on the breath, a well rounded sequence of poses to open the physical and energetic bodies and end with a restful Savasana to reset before you go back into your day. All levels welcome!
